You can get condoms from a Young People's Service, a Family Planning Clinic or you can buy them from chemists and supermarkets. There's no law against someone under 16 buying a condom. Make sure the ones you buy have a quality mark, like a BSI/CE kitemark and expiry date. Not all novelty condoms have either!
