may stop the contraceptive pill from working effectively. Check with

Girls – how do you know you're going through puberty?
You may grow taller.
Your breasts will begin to grow.
Your body shape will change – you'll become curvier.
You'll begin to grow hair under your arms and around your genitals.
You might get a few spots, especially when your period is due.
Your sweat glands will become more active.
Your hair and skin may become greasier.
You might have a milky or clear discharge from vagina.
Your periods may start.
