1. It's cool to talk about feelings. If anything is worrying
you, find someone you trust to talk to.
2. During puberty hormones can go crazy and spots are one
result!
3. Sexual development can happen at any time between 10 and
18 - usually around 13 or 14. Everyone changes at their own rate.

smellier - it's a good idea to wash every day, especially under
your foreskin.
9. At puberty, boys start to make sperm in their testes.
Each testis produces about 2,000 sperm per second, or 150 - 1,000
million a day!
10. In a survey, a quarter of boys regretted having sex that
happened when they had been drinking alcohol.
Boys - how do you know you're going through puberty?
Your voice will deepen.
You'll grow taller, your muscles will develop and your chest will
broaden.
Your genitals will grow larger.
Hair will grow – under your arms, maybe on your chest, on your genitals
and on your face - you may have to start shaving.
You might begin to get spots and your hair and skin may get greasier.
Your sweat glands become more active - and the stale sweat may smell
unpleasant - remember to wash regularly. Erections may happen when
you're sexually excited and sometimes at more inconvenient times!
You may experience wet dreams, where semen is ejaculated from your
penis when you're asleep, without you knowing – don't worry you’ve
not wet the bed!
You may experience extreme moodiness and argue with your mates and
parents.
